This past Saturday featured a last minute trip to watch some boxing. It was a chance to take my nephew along, since he had never gone before. Our day was a stop at the movie theater to watch the Jason Statham movie, Wrath of Man, next was down to the fights.
I ran into super middleweight contender, David Benavides, along the way. He was really nice to everyone he came across. He extended himself to thank my nephew for the support.
My nephew had a great time out there. He said he wants to go again.
After the fights we drove over to Manhattan Beach to get dinner at a local Mexican restaurant.
It was a quality day all of the way around.
