When I was young and living in Romania, my dad had a horse because that was just normal in the villages where I come from, along with other animals. Now that I live in Spain and I’m older, life has changed so much that nowadays owning horses is considered something only very rich people can afford, when back then it was the complete opposite…

I rode as a kid, but it was pretty expensive then in Ireland. Mucking out stables & grooming to earn riding time. Beautiful animals, but I never even dreamed of owning one! I met a Romanian woman in Germany about 10 years ago, shared a few hours over a couple of drinks before my flight, never forgot her ❤️‍🔥
