hmmmmm....more jazz or more punk? I'd say both....I think both "movements" are about freedom and not giving a fuck about what other people think. so definately both.....

and Billie Holliday? I'm not the biggest fan of her voice actually (*gasp*)....I never really got into her. Yes, she was one of the first and she did marvelous things, but she's not on my favorites. She is a good learning tool though....
