So , pretty decent week this time around . Or I may be in denial Kidding , of course .
Just knocked down the dandelions again . Cut some grass in between too . Been crazy go nuts here with dandelions this spring . At least it's nice & cool out today . Might have to run out for a burger in a bit to celebrate . Probably gonna do some Chinese tomorrow , feeling like chicken & peanuts maybe . Something with a little heat to it anyway , maybe beef in garlic sauce Would really love some Vietnamese or Thai , but those both cost a little more where we go , so that probably won't happen . The Thai place has a dish called ginger curried catfish that I would kill... well beat up someone for right about now . Love me some catfish .
Had a couple of really tasty beers last Saturday . One was a wheat beer made with agave in it . very tasty indeed . The other was a hoppy beer , but it was made in oak barrels so the flavor was balanced beautifully . I'm not a big hop head , prefer stouts , porters , hefeweizens & Belgians mainly . But this was just right for a warm day .
Still loving the new car . Got over 3K miles on it already . Driving 800 a week will do that . Hope you all are doing well . If you can't tell , my moods are on a rare upswing today . Let's hope they stay that way .
