New post time , been over a week so here goes . Still waiting on getting my car back from the shop 
The GF is getting more annoyed about it now then I am , but with good reason . My insurance covered the rental car I had at a 80 / 20 % split , with them paying the 80 % up to the rental price hitting $1000 . This happened last Thursday . So she finally did something I've been trying to get her to do for over a year & bought a newer car . It's a 05 Honda Element & I've got to say I really like it . Much more then I expected to , really . I know they look boxy & It looks like it wouldn't be easy / fun to drive , but it really is . It feels like I'm driving a car , not any kind of SUV . Now , why am I driving her new car ? because she's driving the old car until I get my car back from the shop . Quite frankly I doubt her old car could handle my daily 130 mile drive to & from work . It's really falling apart & I can't blame her for wanting to get into her new vehicle . But this was her idea , including me driving the newer one to work . Ah well , it'll only be a couple of weeks .
