Well I had my last smoke last night, so today was day one smoke free. All I can say is so far so good, no major cravings and I have not had the urdge to tear any ones head off either. Hopin now that tomorrow goes smoothly, it's my day back to work but it is an evening shift and I will be working by my self so no having to put up with and moronic behavior. Well it is time I go off to bed now, smell ya later
