I have been reading "AC/DC Maximum Rock & Roll". I am half way through it. It is an excellent accounting of their rise to the top.
So, yes I am on an AC/DC kick lately.
I am almost to the point where we lose Bon Scott. AC/DC opened for UFO at the Capital Centre(Largo,MD), the summer of 79. It was right before "Highway To Hell" came out. They fucking destroyed the place. UFO didn't stand a chance playing after them. Bon carried Angus the whole way around the arena. I paid $4.35 for my ticket!!!
I am happy I saw Bon and the boys that day!
You are never too old to rock and roll. Long Live Rock!
