It has been a super rough week getting back to a healthy and normal-feeling state. I got the flu for the first time in years, I conquered my fear of lumbar punctures during a fun stay at the ER, and also overcame my anxieties at the dentist.

Today, while I'm still not 100 percent, I am out of bed, showered and making a big, beautiful meal for my family. While I enjoy my random lazy day, I hate not being productive, I hate not being able to go workout or cook for my family or make sure they have a clean home...I am no good at just resting or taking it easy.

So, here's hoping this healthy feeling sticks and cheers to the new week and lots of good, healthy vibes.
