Finishing my third week on crossfit obviously I'm almost finished with the on ramp, I think I really going to do a better job than the first day.

after a very slow friday, today I'm attending Metallica show with the new stage after some great reviews let see how everything goes.

Not one of the best day today, a lot of problems at work and a lot of work to do gladly tomorrow is thursday and that means Bacardi and cola . I want this week just to end.
