Sounds like a good plan...not sure where the business part fits in, but it sounds like a great office space. Which island? I spent a week in Halaewa (sp?) on the north shore of Oahu...with no real plans...one of the best weeks of my life.
I think I am about to buy half interest in a duplex in Atwater Village...
