Why is it that when a guy asks a coworker to lunch to try and be freindly because your new to the work place that the women assume that im hitting on them and it a date or what ever? If im not constly flirting with the person and being clear that i like them then its a date. But other wise what the fuck?

About the blog.. don't know what to tell you. Except, .. girls are constantly on the defense. I'm this way too, except I try to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. But on the flip-side, if you ARE hitting on us and we go out to eat with you, and it turns out we don't like you like that, and have to hurt your feelings later, we end up being the bad guys for leading you on, etc, etc. So a lot of times, we'll just push you away from the start, to avoid confusion. :/ I know, it sucks.
