I removed it because the military told me to. THEN I had it re-inked because the rest of my body is covered in ink and they didn't like that either. So fuck 'em. THEN the regs changed and now they don't care about the rest of my body, just my hand.
So I went BACK to the doctor who removed it before, which led to a somewhat funny exchange.
Basically I am a glutton for punishent.
