May be getting a job in a real kitchen tomorrow, its been almost 2 years since I've worked in the culinary field. I'm nervous, and hope it all works out well. Wish me luck.

Got the job and am loving it. Feel like the all around bitch though cause im new. my body isnt used to working yet, after being off for 2 years thats no supprise. Wow I cant spell, all the red squigly lines lol. Its fun, hard work. i hope it gets easier for my body and mind and i cant wait to not be the kitchen bitch.
