Was that Timmy at "Mark's" who did it? I've seen a bit of his stuff and I like most of it. I'd say you could easily build on it given the location, Either something long and narrow coming up to it, and out the top, or bring it out along the underside of the shouder baldes.... I don't know I'm not a tattoo artist (but I like tattoos)
