Im supposed to be going turtle watching tonite. I hope it works out.
I need a job you guys. Like it's really badly needed. (I'm almost out of funds.) yet nothing appeals to me that I've seen advertized. sigh.

alright, Some words on turtle watching.
They're SEA TURTLES! Huge creatures that live in the water and return to the beach to lay their eggs. The females only lay eggs once a year, and only on the beach where they were laid at (not where they were hatched at... and to better explain that, let's say a turtle lays her eggs in vero florida, and you take the eggs to st pete for them to hatch and the turtles to enter the water there, those hatchlings, once reaching maturity will return to vero to lay their own eggs)
Anyways, i'm weird about going to the beach by myself after dark, so I roped in one of the local marine biologists to take me. So we're gonna go watch turtles lay eggs.
that's what turtle watching is.
(And no, I don't get to watch them have sex... they've already done that out in the ocean. (sea turtles will break their shells if they do that on land... they're too big and too heavy)

I finally found both parts of my bikini and despite it being ungodly hot today I'm going out and finding a shady spot and reading. (I"ve got a couple of texts that I've been trying to read, one's an american history for the last 100 years that dad gave me, two are art history, one of those is a "feminist" perspective thing. (only in america, ya know) a human biology book and a few more that I can't remember. this is of course ontop of my social sciences and comic book reading habits.)
I'm really frustrated with myself right now. I know I need to be doing certain things in my life and I'm not doing them. part of this is working and bringing in an income, part of it is completing my education, part of it is being outside more and inside less and part of it is moving on with my life and letting go of the things I don't need anymore and won't use anytime soon. (material wize) Most of this I'm just confused about how to get in motion, the rest seems to be such a daunting task, that I' havn't started pursuing it yet. (Intimidation combined with lazyness means nothing gets done.)
I've also decided to get over my fear of swimming in the ocean. (this'll be fun)
And for some reason, I'm considering getting more tattoos. (I think I'd like to get something on the outside of my right arm and shoulder... not sure yet. or of what?) also, something that wraps around part of my back and up onto my shoulder to meet up with my arm. or around my back and then around to my breast. not sure yet.
Anyways,
I'm going out for abit.

And yes, I'll be wearing sunscreen and drinking water and I'll of had some food by then.

thats totally kick ass about the sea turtles, i used to do stuff like that in hawaii, when i lived there, it was always so relaxing, and i felt... i don't know, like a better person for taking time to watch something that i normally don't have time to think about in the course of a busy day. have a good time!.
