A few days ago, we were all watching a movie. In it, a guy said he had butterflies (he was in the throes of infatuation).

I asked my Mr. - Did you ever feel that way? Thinking of course he's say something sweet about when we were first together and this would be good for my son to hear.

He said, No, that he's never felt that way about anyone. Yes he calls me from work almost every day- he says- just to hear my voice- and yes he's stayed with me through some very tough times.

But no butterflies? I am in the middle of re-evaluating everything I thought I knew about true love. And spending too much of my day thinking about someone thousands of miles away.

I may not be the best person to ask right now.
