well, the reason for the hot water ration is... the troops--there's a war going on, damnit!
ok, i got nothin'. do you really need to take a bath AND a shower in the same sitting though? i mean, isnt that just a bit indulgent? we should be thankful that we even HAVE hot water, yeah?
support the troops, the war-machine NEEDS that hot water.
