update: major hurricane expected to hit in another 200 miles. Sometime today. It's projected path is to appx vero. ( that's the eye. the damn thing is the size of the state...) see maps and stuff at weather underground.

yea. I'm bunkerin out for that thing. it's gonna be crazy. kosomot has pics up of what most of the houses look like. Everywhere else is pretty much a ghost town and is also all boarded up. it's kinda freaky.

i'm exhausted and not feeling wonderful, but i've slept so there's no more i can do on that front...

My kitty has a major abcess... it's really kinda gross. she had cancer and surgery to remove it maybe six months ago and it's come back... and a byproduct is this abcess... crazyness.. she's still acting like herself though, so it's ok.
