GAWD! it's sunday! wtf??? when the hell did it get to here? And why wasn't I paying attention???
I went and played in the sand at the beach yesterday. Buddies were having a bbq and I refused to drive out all that way without seeing the ocean and be close enough to touch it. It's werid, sometimes it's hard for me to connect with the pacifiic because it's SO different from the ocean I grew up with. The pacific is cold and rocky, you can't walk on the beach for miles, the waves are bigger and the damn thing is cold. (yes I said cold twice) Either way, I went climbing on the rocks and wandered around and kept going. and it was good.
The bbq was good too. steev made corn and 'taters (mmmhmmm taters!) for me cause red meat and I aren't speaking. I'm going to find something dark green today so to even out all the starch!!! I encountered his old roomie who just recently moved out and found that he was a guy that I ineracted with a few years back. The problem with this is that I have no memory of him at all. If I sit and think about it, I remember the situations, maybe, but not him. it was weird. I've never encountered that big of memory blip before. Whatever. maybe I'm getting senile. (HA!)
Anyways, I'm going in search of a hummingbird sage plant for my momma character and some flowers for my gramma character and to call my momma and my gramma and the other assorted women I know. Why? I'm buying into the culture of the day. (more so that I miss them and the culture has set today asside as a time to tell them. This is not to say that today is the only day to tell them, you tell them all the time, but today we've all agreed to take the time to acknowledge them. ya. whatever, it's a chance to spead love! I'm there.)

I think I'm hungry. A light breakfast and then off insearch of pretty smelling plants!!! ya'll have fun! kisses!
