For those of us not on the culinary edge, verjuice is a tart, pale juice pressed from unripe white grapes, deal for use in sauces and salad dressings. Verjuice has been around for centuries and is used in Dijon mustard, but the word (a descendant of Anglo-French "vert," meaning "green," and "jous," meaning "juice") was largely forgotten by English speakers until its "rediscovery" in the early 90s. While it's apparent that "verjuice" has returned to our kitchens, the same can't yet be said of the literary scene. Writers have not generally begun to write of "dispositions of verjuice" the way they did in the past.

Another thing that's beyond randomly awesome is I have a kitty named Henry who sits with me. Everytime I'm on the computer she's right here, just chillin about a foot beind me, watchin the door. She's waiting for her mum or pop to come home. until they do, my company will suffice I suppose. she has another kitty to play with , but the other kitty hides in the closet all day. (Who knows dude?)
anyways, that is the news.
oh. I have no news of quiller for today and my auntie is still kickin some ass and takin names.
I have a midterm tommorow,
time to work.

after reading you favorite word of the day yesterday, i though i would try to use verjuice somewhat, but not really
i made chicken cutlets, marinated them in olive oil and basil, i was cooking them in a frying pan, and them i took a sour apple, sliced it up, and layed them on the cutlets, put a lid on top, and lets the flavors lock in...damn they were the bset cutlets i ever had. ithought they would have been a litle sour, but the were really good. i guess it was formt the sugar in the apple
i think verjuice can enhance food, it draw out the foods flavor, much like salt
i wish i had a job like that, i was in the wetlands/woodland yestarday afternoon with the dog, i put the pics in my pic thing if ya want to see them
