I'm sorry I've been gone so long. Just having lots of problems trying to find time to post.
Sorry to hear about the panic attacks. I know they suck. In fact, I'm having a small one right now. No real reason either. I'm at work and work sucks and work gives me lots of unhappy thoughts, but today isn't bad at all. It's almost like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. **shrug** Hang in there and just do what you can to reduce your stress.
I want to get up there to visit you soon. I'm hoping we can get away, but things have been rather busy. Well, eventually.
