This Keaton paper isn't coming together. I have neither enough detail on his stunt work to speak of it intelligibly or focus to shift through any more material looking for it. i've been at this all day and am spent. It's too late to change the subject of my paper, as I have LOTS of time invested and not much time left. Possibly, it may be time to explore a different topic about Mr. Keaton?
However with all of these hours of research, I have learned something valuable about Hollywood, particularly early Hollywood, and that's you *never* believe anything you read -- the legend and history have blurred till once has become the other. It reminds me of the subject of history as well... You have to take all of that with a grain of salt and remember that the person telling the story is just as biased as the one whose story they are telling.
right.
my brain hurts.
time for a shot and a bath.
