figmentation

I had a conversation with the financial aid office at the school that I had almost written off that's worth relaying...
essentially, they've finished my package (finally) and 70% of the cost is covered by grants, of the remainder, 60% is covered by a loan that incurs no interest until I graduate, and the rest is by a loan which starts incuring interest at the time of reciept...
What it means is that a dream that I had almost given up on is within reach and it's possible.

(I have so few dreams left. They weren't coming true for one reason or another... I almost don't trust this one. I feel like it will blow away, a puff of smoke that never was...)
