Twenty million things to update about and nothing to say.

Something I've noticed about myself is that I get UBER stressed out WAY WAY easy. like the stressOmeter goes from nothing to twenty billion in about 3 seconds... maybe two and a half. I'm leaving tomorrow for a ten day trip and packing today just made my head do spins... it was bad. REALLY REALLY BAD. (then more stuff happened and it got worse.)
I'm now sipping on coffee and going to go finish packing for my trip in a few.

Yesterday, I buzzed up to the college I'm applying to. I got an offical tour, and the committee meeting was yesterday afternoon. I'm calling in the morning to find out if I got in. If I did, it'll be awesome! (and then I'll go scrambling for cash to be able to go.)

As far as My trip goes, it's California or BUST baby! Lunching on DimSum in Chinatown, meandering about Santa Cruz, lunching at the Saturn Cafe, visiting with friends and checking out my favorite record store of all time, are in the plans.

I will have no internet access AT ALL! So I'll see you in two weeks when I get Back!

I have a theory that people have a preferred level of stress, and can turn the best or worst situation around so as to get back to the stress level they like best. I think many people prefer a higher level of stress than they care to admit, and add drama to their lives to get it. Other people can't be bothered to stress about things, so they flake out of their responsibilities and let whatever the fickle finger of fate sends be the outcome. As usual, most people fall somewhere in the middle. But while that means that if you hand them a disaster, they'll fix enough of it to get by, if you hand them the Garden of Eden, they'll invent enough trouble to have a medium level of stress. Because most people find it's less strressful to have to sort out three or four problems than it is to sit around wondering if your life has meaning.
