Alright... I hae something to say.
Some of you may consider it to be unamerican, but I dont' care.


I hate television.


(there. I said it. )


I think television is a waste of our youth and our braincells.


I can say from first hand experience that television eats our time and our ablity to think and do other things.

It destroys our eyes by having to look at the same location, with moving subjects for hours at a time.

It steals our attnetion and creates an environment constanty bombarded by sights and sounds alien to our existance.

It is from the television that we determine who we are and what we do and what we value. The television tells us of the latest fashions and trends.

Our catharsis is stronger with the characters on the screen or war movie that's playing than it is with the people in our lives.

I hate this american invention of mediocracy. We have stopped educating ourselves and started being fat, lazy couch potatos who produce very little of worth.

Because of this I personally do not own a television set. Nor do I support the media which it carries.
