Louie Armstrong and Benny Goodman both called everybody 'Pops' It became Louie's nickname, While Benny was known as The King. (also "The Ray" because when he was angry he'd glare at you over the top of his glasses. Kinda like, "look out! Here comes the Ray.")

(When you date a musician and a dancer, you get to learn all kinds of silly antedotes before he goes off to work.)


Today is cleaning day, btw.
The kitchen is spotless and next is the bathroom.
