In other news, my room, closet, hall closet, bathroom and common sitting area have had all of the boxes removed and their contents properly stowed or pitched. Of the remaining boxes still in the living room, very few are for these areas.
The sitting area is actually set up as a lounge and the only thing missing is the tv which is much too heavy for me to put onto the shelf by myself. The bathroom got q-tiped clean today. The rooms are going to get it as well as soon as we get some more stuff put away and there's less dust in the air. (yes, I really do use q-tips. you can eat off of any surface in there and be fine.)
I've realized that the bathroom is completly provisioned until maybe march or april minus the paper products. I'm amazed that my family and I have collected so many different kinds of soaps and washes and shampoos and stuff.
Anyways, both of the bathrooms in the place are getting painted. The current paint on the walls doesn't seal the drywall against moisture so we're gonne put a tinted yummyness on the wall! (I'd also like to do tile as well, but one thing at a time)
I'm sure you, reader, don't give a hoot about what I'm doing with the house though.
It's a dreay day outside, i'm waiting for lunch to arrive (at three in the afternoon) and I'm headed back to the room to fuss with more crap that really just needs to be burned.
