On the topic of the annual celebration of the thanksgiving feast:
"Dear God, my family is insane (and fat and ugly). I'm thankful i'm not. Amen"

My extemded family has already started their yearly backstabbing, two-timing, noninviting, fistfighting, feuding rituals. The holiday bickerings start early for this crowd as they havn't finished last year's fight, and it has continued all year to climax once again into the non happy joyous time that we all have come to know and adore as the holiday season.

This year I decided not to get involved. Not that I ever am anyways. (that's the good part about being the black sheep who's too smart for her own skin and relocates ever four to six months.) I'm in town, yes; but I'm here to see the sane part of the family, (numbering all of two, maybe three.) The rest, I've decided can keep their holiday amusements and leave all of the FUN merry making to the rest of us.

THis news of course, i will never tell them because they're too busy arguing with themselves to hear anything else.
