Sometimes a vacation is just necessary. I know both goatsgotohell and I could use a vacation. We keep taking days off but not getting much relaxing done due to having to entertain guests or something like that. Hope your trip goes well!

Enjoy the vacation. I'm wishing I had the time and $$ for one right about now.
I'm not too concerned about training the new girl. There are already 4 of us who are trained to do the job and one is also now our official new hires trainer, so one more person being on that list is cool--maybe I can get a weekend off now. She's a really cool and super sweet girl too, so I don't mind training her at all. But I am definitely gonna leave some room for her to make her own decisions about a few things.
