Guess who was offered a long-term substitute position today?

It's a second grade classroom in a Catholic School, starting on April 28th. I am going to meet with the classroom teacher during spring vacation to get up to speed.
Oh, and I got an A-minus on the first part of my school project. Not a bad Monday.
Except for this bit of stupidity: my doctor's office sends me a bill because a claim that I filed was originally denied due to the fact that I filled it out incorrectly. I told the girl at the office that I was refiling th claim and I would wait to hear from my insurance company before any fees. Well, today I got a bill from my doctor's office AGAIN saying the claim was denied. I also got in the mail an explanation of benefits stating that the doctor's office had been paid 80% of the charge and that I owed only $21.40. Since I already paid $20 bucks as a co-pay, I actually owe $1.40. Whoever says I wasted 2 years of my life as a medical biller is sadly mistaken; most people pay medical bills in error because they don't understand the procedure. So there. Hehehehe.
