The Good
-Brett and I celebrated the 1-year anniversary of our first date on Saturday night. We even went to the same restaurant-a nice Italian hotspot. Where did the time go?
-I fell in love with a new alcoholic beverage-Margaritas!
-Brett left me alone on Sunday for a few hours and went to the nearby casino where he won 600 bucks. I got my homework done and he brought back some cash!
-I actually finished that damn midterm essay.
-I lost a half pound this week. It's better to lose a little than gain a little, right?
-Reese Witherspoon won the Oscar for Best Actress. I adore her.
-A movie I actually OWN won Best Movie! I almost always hate the movies that win Best Picture.
-I watched the movie Elizabethtown which stars the oh-so-cute Orlando Bloom and Kirsten Dunst. The best way to describe that movie is soulful. I enjoyed it.
The Bad
-I wasted a perfectly nice Sunday doing a damned essay!
-I realized that I don't have enough money to take 2 summer courses. I had hoped to finish my master's by the end of this year, but it ain't happening. I did request some financial aid forms. I will only accept grants, not loans. I can loan from my parents interest free.
-I am jonesing BAD for more ink and I don't have the cash. I am not sure if I want to add more to my stars and moon tattoo, get an ankle band, or get one on my right hip.
-I went to the casino on Saturday night and didn't win a damned dime!
-I cannot work the next 6 Mondays because I have to do a project for my graduate course...there goes 540 dollars.l
The Ugly
-I went home last night and the essay and lesson plans that I typed up for today wouldn't open on my computer because my software is newer than Brett's. Well, last time he was able to fix the problem, but this time he couldn't help. I had to get up at 7am, drive to his house (20 minutes each way), cut-n-paste the documents into an email, and then reformat them using Word. My plans for the day were shot to hell, which lead me to...
-I have a midterm exam today and I didn't get a chance to study as much as I needed to because (see above). It's multiple choice and true/false. I do not do well on objective tests. Fan-fucking-tastic.
Wish me luck, send some prayers...

I never think to go to Tortilla Flats,I went there a couple of years ago,it was really good, but it was so freaking crowed it took forever to get a table....The Cactus Grille in Providence used to be good, but I think they're gone.Theres a new place a couple of doors down from Evolution too called Cilantros, but I haven't been there yet......now I'm getting hungry
