So last night was a blast, it was the Leigh prohibition party so everyone got all dressed up 20s style and partied it up and they had this great student jazz band and a funeral for John Barleycorn and all in all a rollicking good time.
I looked flapperific in my 30 minute dress I made with only 2 dollars worth of fringe from Wal-Mart and scrap fabric from the costume shop:
And I actually did my hair! It may not look like much, but fuck! I was excited. My face looked like crap in this picture though:
And the finishing touch:
Oh man, 4 days until I get to see my beloved trio of Js back home!
6 days until I get to see my lovely cousin Genevieve!!
5 days until something possibly even better!!!
I'm excited and bored...is it too early to start drinkin?
