My brother got hit by a car today.
He was skateboarding on the sidewalk.
My mom came in while I was working and told me...I couldn't focus all night.
I got home and he was laying on the couch.
I can't even see his face. It's all bandaged up.
Stiches on his forhead, on his lip and on his chin.
Two chips out of the two bones in his left leg.
And a concusion.

As soon as I walked in I could hardly look at him. I just left the room and started balling my eyes out.

He's one of those people I have in my life that I know I cannot live without. That I want to protect from everything. Even a broken heart. And it's times like this that you realize that their physical life is so out of your control.

My brother is the only reason that I'm here today.
Without him I am so less of a person.
He is my happiness and my strength.
I love him to death and I never ever want to picture my life without him.

All I can do is cry even though I know he's going to be alright.


Such a horrible day.
