Holy crap...the weather has changed...for the better. It feels like fucking heaven outside, 60s and 70s, warm enough to sleep with the windows open and it is so fucking perfect.
In other news, softball season starts this Monday. Not sure how ready I am for that, but hey, I guess I will make it work.
I also am still hitting up the gym, trying to make it at least three times a week. HOWEVER, now since the weather is going in the right direction, I am pulling my bicycle back out. Yesterday went on an hour long ride, which netted me a full 12.5 miles. One of the best times I have done in a LONG while; like since 2016. SO I guess the gym is working, so I am good on that. Even if I am not losing the body mass like I had hoped I was, it is at least a good, no great way to get out some stress. AND maybe get better on my bike.
Work is slowly coming to an end. In about a month and a half to two months, the school year will be over, and then summer break. I have my yearly review coming up next week. I am a little worried about it, since this is my first time ever working at a school, and ever getting a review from an employer. So we will see what happens. I guess since they planned it out for over a week from now (next Thursday) it cannot be that bad...right? If I were in trouble, they would have scheduled it for like today or something. Anyway, I guess what will happen will happen. I also have applied for a few grants, and this is the month (April) that I will find out about them, if I got them or not, and they are for the "We Are All We Have Tonight" project so that should be fun...and in the next week or so I should be able to find out about a few of the jobs that I have applied for for colleges. One, one that I really hope that I at least get an interview for, should be contacting me within the next week or two about interviews, at least that is what the head of the search committee has said. It is out in La Verne, California, so that would be nice IF it happens.
In other news, I have two shoots that I have finished this past weekend. One of my son on his birthday (film) and one for the collection. Both of these shoots should be developed sometime next week AND I hope to have a third shoot this weekend...depending on if the girl gets back a hold of me or not. They are both for the project. So it is nice to say that they are going well

Anyway...the last photo blog, the one if Piper, that went on the front page of SG...like the Best of SG...that was VERY odd, but a nice odd. Like I have been on this site for so long, and that has never happened to me before odd, and a photo blog got 51 likes. I wonder if that will ever happen again.
I guess if anyone ever wants to shoot with me, let me know. I still have my digital camera and lights and everything and I would be more than happy to put down my film camera for a bit and shoot a set with you.
