So...it is coming down to crunch time and the boy is feeling the pain. He is finally doing online school for this semester, and I think that the pressure of putting off ALL of his homework till the very end is finally catching up with him. I am both disappointed and proud of him at the same time. He knows he fucked up big time. He now understands that and admits it. HOWEVER, he is working his off off to try and correct as much of that as he can. He has been doing home work and studying almost every waking hour that he has. He is actually putting some effort into it.
I snapped this photo earlier of him today as he was studying at the kitchen table, about to break down from stress, but still trying to work through it all. I did give him a hug and he went on break shortly after this, but still.
His determination right now is amazing. I just hope that he has learned his lesson and will not do this again next semester.
