So, Thursday my camera took a crap and refused to turn on. Not kidding. And about a quarter of the way into this quarter of Grad School. I talked to my teachers, and we are going to try and work around it if we can. Right now I am shooting with a very small Nikon CoolPix camera, and getting mixed results. I guess I have been spoiled with the camera that I have been using, a Nikon D300. I sent my camera into Nikon yesterday for repairs. I have heard it is a quick/easy fix, but we will see. I hope it is. I am kind of happy with the results I have been getting with the smaller CoolPix, but it does not play nicely with my flashes. Here is an example of one photograph that I did for one of my classes.
Not the best I know, but with my teachers being as understanding as they are, I hope it will work. However, I do like this photo of my son. What do you think? Let me know.
