Well, I quit Lawrence.com tonight. The editor for the paper, Trevan McGee, stole my interview with Herbie Hancock and lied to his Publicity, the Lied Center and to me in regards to the interview. He told them that he never went through and assigned me the story and this is the exact words of Alissa Kingsley, Herbie's PR agent in a voice mail that she left on my phone. In reality, I went through proposed the story to him, and he told me to go or it, which is once again in email...so in short he lied and stole my fucking interview with the single Jazz Legend that is next to God in the world of music...however, that is only with Lawrence.com, there might be someone else who is interested in the story...so there still is a chance to get the it published and work for someone else.
