We got reauthorized for overtime. Wish I'd just gone in last weekend - I'd probaby have been put to work. Still that's and extra 210 I'll make this weekend.

Other than that, not much new... Going to a BBQ this sunday afternoon, so that should be shiny.

Oh, I heard from my friend, she moved cross country. Anyways, I guess things aren't going too well and she's beginning to regret going over there. I miss her, and I hope she can work things out.

OT is cool depending on what you do. I do QA for a videogame company (I play test video games) so OT for me is doing what I do in my spare time but getting paid time and a half for it.

Oh, we have the OT spectre looming as well. Ramping up for an end of the year release.

Since you asked. It is often a matter of who you know but it is becoming less so. The pay is not good but it is not very stressful. Actually some people do find it stressful but I used to work in a pharmacy and this is cake in comparison. On the upside you get to see and hear the public praising the work that is finally released or vindicating your complaints. Sometimes you get both &^).
