I've decided to seek gainful employment elsewhere, starting today. I'm putting in my two weeks notice on the 15th of august, because it's obvious this job is going nowhere, and I am sick of graves. Even if I don't find a job, I'll only have $1000 or so left in debt, and my car will be running. I get the part time job, before the end of july, and I'll have it all paid off.
