Apparently Starbucks pushed back the date of opening their kiosk that I applied for (as a part time job). It would open june 19th and training would start around June 1st. its and old saying, but it always happens when you least expect it. if you sit around pining for a lady the chances that one will turn up when you are 'ready' for it are almost nil.
just put yourself out there to have fun and dont even think about girls... dont go out to pick them up, just go out with friends and dont be disappointed if you dont meet any. just make the most of the good times. im sure something will happen when you least expect it!

My sentences tend to get longer and more rambling the more tanked I am. It's the flaw at the bottom of the bottle. Conversations get more interesting, then. So I guess it's a trade-off.
I'm starting a new exercise routine, mostly just running and sit ups, with my rommmate. I'm hoping to go from 180 to 145 by july 1st. I'm cutting down on carbs, eating more fruits and veggies, and cutting out fast food. I'm hoping that this will be a good shift for me, that I'll be able to feel better about myself when this is all...

I've never done expresso work, but it looks fun and there's always hot girls working at coffee places so I can't beat that. The Starbucks I'm at now is filled with fascists.
I get shit because I look like some "punk kid". What they don't realise is that I had straight A's in high school(except my c- in math) and I went to college for a year as an english major. And I could run that store better than they can.
I hate how they'll talk bad about me, but then they'll turn around and ask me to cover a shift, or do the inventory for the weekly order or something.
Starbucks Corporate is awesome as hell though. They make sure all of the partners get well taken care of. They have amazing benefits, stock options. a free pound of coffee a week, plus TONS more!
haha... Starbucks is a subject I could go on for hours about.
I keep saying I'm going to run my own store.. but I want to know I can do it and not fail at it before I apply.
