Holy Crap! I need to get on here more,,, it makes me forget about how big of a douchebag my boss is, how many hours I work, and how far away Nashville is.
The past 2 weeks we have been preparing for a visit from the VP of GC. I worked open to close everyday in the past 10 days. Then they gave me shit for taking my regular day off. Then stop bitching and help me. My boss wanted a reason for being behind but didn't want "excuses". Think of a reason that is not an excuse.... couldn't could ya? He started raising his voice... so I raised mine. I guess he is used to sheep who back down when he tried to intimidate, I don't. I might get demoted because of it. Who cares? Good luck finding someone to replace me.
I applied for a job with GC that I would be in charge of all the dept manager a district (covering Nashville to Central Texas) which means I can move to Nashville on the Company dime. If I don't get it, I am done with this place. Going to the GC in Nashville is a huge paycut and a lot more competition. Fuck no!
So until further notice kids, hope you don't see me in the police blotter for assult on a GC manager.
