I got a call today around 11:30 from Guitar Center asking me to start work at 2. Sure, I am only 2 hours away when they call me and I still Have to take a shower. Sure. So after everything was said and done, I was only 5 minutes late. Quite a feat if you ask me. The one thing I hae about starting a new job... orientation and basics traning. OK, that's 2 things. So me and the other new guy work until 6 and he has to leave so my boss tells me to go take a break. I hadn't eaten all day. I come back and clock back in @ about 7. My manager was working on something so he wanted me to straighten up the sales floor but the guy who knew where everything goes is taking a cancer break (Smoking a cig). While I was waiting, I talked to a couple customers. Ended up selling one of them $1400 worth of stuff in about an hour. I had to get my boss over there because I didn't even have access to the register yet. I wasn't even suppose to be selling yet. Not a bad first day but I have to be there at 9am tomorrow.

Karaoke was fun on Thursday but you bums need to sing at least one song if you come out. I am not saying who but you know who you are.
