Samui Island is not as well known as more famous Thai islands such as Phuket, but it is much better. Samui has a perfect climate, a wonderful bunch of stuff to see and do, as well as all the facilities you need. It is also possible to just sit on the beach and contemplate life passing by.
I have been here for a week and sitting on the beach is my favourite activity. After living in cities for the past six months, with the noise and pollution, sitting on the beach and breather fresh, salt-laden air is reviving.
In another week or two I will start to explore more of Samui. I was here ten years back, so time to revisit what is on offer.
