I almost got sick, and then it went away. Taking 1000mg of vitamin C every day, I've gotten sick twice in the past four years, two of those with a baby in the house. He has my immune system without the vitamins, since he's never been sick, knock on wood.
Expo, often, the manufactures of computers do not load the new computers with the latest version of a perticular program, and You have to download the updated version for Your computer to work with some application programs!!!
Expo, Beppo's and Odette's advice is the way to go!!! If Your problem is not solved, You should call the tech support that comes with Your computer ("*warranty!*")!!! Computer manufactures contract with programming engineers that can talk control of Your computer and solve the problem for You!!!
