I drank a lot of homemade rasberry brandy the other night and paid for it severely the next day. The stuff is pretty badass though. Its sweet and smooth, really smooth. Probably too smooth. I found out later its roughly 90 percent alcohol. The kind of stuff that will evaporate quickly if you leave the lid off. Its super flammable and burns this pretty blue orange when ignited. I imagine it would make a fairly decent paint remover too. The best thing is though, I have a whole quart jar left!
