I've been cooking all weekend and it has been bliss! Why do I work in the corporate world again? I'd much rather be cooking all day. I can't wait to get a place in the country, grow my own food and just live off the land. Anyone else want to do this? Anyone already do?

Yeah - its less than fun. I guess thats the problem with living in the city - too damned expensive to get a decent place on your own. I looked at a few to see if I could get away from it all but its like $1500 for a hole in the ground. I guess I'll have to put up with it for a little while longer until I can afford a place in the country! I can't wait for the quiet!!!
