so i made some homemade gaucamole last night and by this morning it was brown. is there a method in the preparation of avacadoes that abstains the browning of the mush?? please tell me. i added lemon jiuce but it did nothing for presentation. so this morning i was pretty hungry and had the hangover munchies fogging my brain... i grab the gaucamole and cant bring myself to stare at it for more than 30 seconds.
the body readily relies on sight, smell and texture before taste, in order to determine wether or not an edible element is good and not rotten before consumed. so eating something that appears to have been scooped out of my daughters diaper... not so easy. no thanks. it smells fine, it feels ok, but no sir, i dont like it.
ANYWAY, i really didnt write to express my detestation of day-old gaucamole. or maybe i did.
last night was fun. it involoved lots of invetebrate stroking and fruit bowls. and mexican... which brings me back to the guacamole:
o now i am munching on some TOSTITOS brand salsa con queso... wich contains things like maltodextrin, sodium hexametaphosphate, monosodium glutamate, datem, and atificail colors.... healthy? oh no. natural? hell no. mysteriously delicous? SI SI SENOR!
PS- i am totally in PET-CRAVING mood. i've wanted a bearded dragon for quite some time now, but i am waiting until i have the extra $$$ to get a special color morph, like this CHRIS-ALLEN RED :
anyone have the $250 buckets i am borrow?
or this Leucistic morph:

i dont know if i already asked you if you'd been, but NERD on 125 in plaistow is by far the greatest store for reptiles i've ever been to. they've got a huge alligator out front now, and they do all their own breeding. you probly already know about it, but i figured i'd try and sound like i know something
