so yeah, ive got 2 finals out of the way. my sociology prof. is the austrian version of satan. but i dont have to see her ever again, so that makes me kind of happy. 1 more final to go.... ugh i cant wait
i watched the last samurai tonight, i didnt think i would care for it, but to my surprise it was a very good movie. i commend you tom cruise
i watched big fish today along with the last samurai, and it too was very good. damn that tim burton for his great movies.
i also finished dee dee ramones biography lobotomy. i had read please kill me, and he is a crucial character in that book, but he was also one that stuck out in my mind. the ramones always had this happy go lucky feel to them, i knew dee dee wrote all of the songs, even after he left the band... but at the same time i was surprised how much everyone hated each other. johnny ramone basically made every decision, while everyone else delt with them. i learned a lot of things i never thought i would though, like dee dee being an anorexic, being committed in an institution for being crazy. kicking dope until stiv bators and johnny thunders got him hooked back on it. all kinds of crazy stuff. he really was a pretty helpless and pathetic person, but at the same time he just has this charisma about him. you know he is a scum bag, yet there is just something about him that pulls you in. it is kind of weird reading a book where someone paints a negative picture of themselves. you dont really see that. ever. but yeah i thought it was good.
also i would like you thank anyone who has had anything positive to say thru the last few entries i have had. ive been in a state of confusion and frustration, and i tend to take it all out on here because i dont think anyone around me would actually understand it. so everyone gets the awkward yet sincere thumbs up, and happy cinco de mayo.
