Guess you could say it was in-between fun and boring, but less mundane than daily life. At least there was no planning it. Vacations with a lot of thought put into them really suck, because you spend so much time thinking about what you are going to do months in advance instead of just going for it, and by the time you get there you either have a rigid schedule that's forced, or it's like, "What the fuck do I after all this time of wanting to be here?" It's like someone punched a time clock as soon as I set foot off the plane. But not when it's a spur-of-the-moment thing. Well, it's not as horrible as it sounds... Lol.
