No, you just have to get out more. Get like one single crazy ass friend who always drags you out against your will. Eventually you grow to like it. That's what my roommate did!! I didn't hardly go out or anything and I hated people and crowds in bars and clubs... now I just don't give a fuck, i go in a place, know I'm there to chill or party, and proceed to own the room. haha I know I make it sound easy.
